Bush is now exactly where Nixon was during Watergate in terms of approval ratings. There is no way to sugar coat that. Plus the dismal view of Bush is long and sustained. No sign of it ever recovering. Plus, Cheney is now less popular than OH Simpson, and much more harmful to the country.

If you want to know who to blame the most for the current gas gouging and the mess in Iraq - point at Dick Cheney. He's the main man.
