I had a lot of trouble with SDRAM ram and the TX chip set. Turn out only certain types of SDRAM work with the chip set. Had to go back to the manufacture BCI to get it all strighten out.

A couple places also told me they dont use Heat sink paste or goop bec it causes "hot spots" on the CPU and can actually damage it more. I think it just a matter of opinion. I sure the manufacturs recomend the goop. I guess just put it on evenlly and lightlly.
