I agree, they should have no rights whatsoever until they become naturalized citizens. It's going to take a Constitutional Amendment to make this happen and I highly doubt that it will so there has to be another alternative here.

Personally, I don't think Mexico wants it to stop. Less people in that country for them to deal with. They're better off having them in the U.S. then in their own country.

I can tell you what really pisses me off though. We had a case of a convicted murderer here in Houston who had come here illegally. Mexico got all irrated because they don't have the death penalty in that country and they said since he was a legal citizen of Mexico, he can't be executed for the murders he committed over here. They can't have it both ways.
