As we can see, there has been a spate of what should be considered great PR's as to prospects. It seems that they have not been idle and were waiting for the merger and restructuring to be finalized in order to put finishing touches on pending deals and prospects.

For those who are impatient, they have to get familiar with what is often called "lawyer time," an amorphous and vague measurement, riddled with dotting "i's", crossing "t's" and CYA fine print.
