Donald, if you only look at techicals..MU may be a good buy at $35 range..however, at this point MU is trading on Fundamentals. We are heading into the busiest season for DRAM sales and the price of DRAM continues to slide. Capacity does not go away after the busy season....it keeps cranking out more chips....so prices are expected to drop further. Plus 64M is coming on in a big way, MU is just starting on the 64M conversion.

Jerry posted Friday's 16M spot price ($4.00), this is believed to be MU production cost. If prices continue to slide...then MU will be selling at a LOSS....According to Jerry, it was MU that was selling at $4.....maybe they know prices are going to fall further and they wanted to dump their inventory befoe the price slips into the $3 -$4
range. I wonder how much inventory they have been holding, waiting for prices to go up....last quarter they held onto 3 weeks worth hoping prices would go up....unfortunately for them it went down.

Plus, I don't think this quarters earnings are really going to matter...the direction of the DRAM price is what matters at this point.
