You refuse to believe home prices declined as much as 80% during the depression,

No I do not refuse to believe it - I do believe it - I even posted links to you saying that is happening TODAY in CERTAIN places. You are trying to use a silly tactic saying that because it happens in ONE place it is a catastrophe for everywhere - that is silly Elroy. I believe Cali condos could go down 90% - that doesn't mean it is going to affect me in my diversified investing - but I do pity anyone who has all their eggs in one basket - do you?

simply because a starry-eyed theorist claims it never happened -- based on his factless opinion.

Now you are just lying Elroy - he said against the BROAD MARKET prices of houses did not fall like you are trying to say - yes in cali and fla in the depression - prices fell a lot - in certain places it may have even been more than 80% - but LA county doesn't make a whole nation - no matter your belief to the contrary.

Good for you. You will never let reality intrude on your opinions.

Does LA county represent the broad market Elroy - yes or no?
