As of February 10, 2006 seventy five million two hundred fourteen thousand fifty (75,214,050) shares of the outstanding common stock in Kachina Gold are designated as free trading shares.
Kachina Gold is a development stage Nevada Company. Kachina Gold negotiated a reorganization plan whereby it acquired production contracts for gold and precious metals which were previously owned by Hagrid Mining and Development LLC, a privately held company. The production interests are for patented and un-patented lode mining claims in Mohave County, Arizona, consisting of three patented and eleven un-patented claims. The claims are in a volcanic area of proven production which was worked about 70 years ago. Production was limited due to a lacking of equipment and technology leaving most of the fine gold. Modern mining equipment and techniques will facilitate in recovery of this fine gold.The Company expects the gold reserves on the claims to hold for the next 15 years.
