Most people I know, and circulate with, can live on considerably less than the $200k you suggest. My circle of friends do not belong to country clubs or have a need to go to Europe once or twice a year. But, we go to dinner, go to theatre, take vacations, drive 2-3 year old comfortable/safe cars and live a very comfortable life style. I think your sights are on the high side. Not that it matters. ggg
