Jerry said spot wat $4.75 for 16Mb parts. He expected it to continue to slide downward: techstocks.com If MU is successful in their conversion to .30 micron line width, they should be able to get variable costs down to roughly $3. I'm not sure when they intend to do this (maybe this year?), but they need to do it soon in order to avoid posting losses. That, or sell more subsidiaries... --James
