everyone who pay taxes got a cut. the top 5% pay about 70% of the taxes in the us. Bush tax cuts allowed about 15% of the people not to pay any tax. Geez, don't you get it. if you cut taxes the ones who pay it will beneifit. Man, why are you so jealous of the rich? get a fraking job, start a business, no other country is like this one. You can start with nothing but your brain and a good work ethic and be sucessful. Move to Cuba where 99% of the people are poor as dirt
