It's not a ratio btween the poor and the rich, but rather the amount of money that is needed a reasonable standard of living.

Than why do you keep complaining about the gap or ration between the poor and the rich?

Because more and more of the nation's wealth is concentrated in the hands of fewer and fewer people. Hence, the richer they get the poorer the poor get:
