For those of you who have followed this thread from its inception, you know that this was originally named "John Kerry for President." On November 3, 2004 after Kerry conceded, many felt that the Bush campaign had done an encore. No, not an encore of victory. But an encore of manipulating the system to score a victory.

However, I wanted to keep the sentiments of a free and improved America alive by continuing this thread and renaming it to what it is now. Like most of you, I knew that Bush was not the right choice in 2000 and in 2004.

Events of the past 15 months or so have proved that Bush was not only a bad choice but he was the worst choice. Even Ralph Nader would have been better than Bush. Now Bush has launched a war on whether he is winning the war. He is blaming everybody except himself.

The relevance of this thread is proving to be stronger with every passing day.

Keep the flame lit for a better and improved America. Begin by acting and voting a stronger Congress in 2006. A Congress that will not rubber stamp Bush's actions, but will subpeona Bush for any actions that he takes against the people's interest.

HAVE WE HAD ENOUGH OF THE REPUBLICANS IN CONGRESS AND THE WHITE HOUSE? WAS THIS THEIR "CONTRACT WITH AMERICA"?
