I see you understand somewhat in what bad shape the company is in. They "BURNED" last year "EIGHT MILLION DOLLARS" the loss for the year. From where is it coming? where is it going? Where will they get the next * million this year? Who will finance the $25 mm needed. It matters very little if the technology is good or not. What matters who will benefit the rewards if it it successful. It seems the current investors will not receive. Since at the best they were already diluted heavily once , and one more time seems inevitible. Where lies the reward for the current investor. THIS INVESTMENT STINKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I don't care about any name throwing by hypsters who don't want to answer the above issues. If one person gets saved from losing money in this sewer it is fine with me. And now the avalanche of responses by people who want others in their sinking boat
