TWEST: It certainly was not that good. I was not watching the action yesterday, however, it seems it dipped temporarily under 2.5 and came back above it. I just received a letter to stockholders from management, but that is from two weeks ago, I doubt it had any effect, since it is a rehash of the last news release. Possibly, the market is sensing that the storm over the big caps is over with the long bond breaking below 6.5% and money might be flowing from the smaller caps back to the larger caps. OPersonally, I hope not, since my large caps, I do not play with and while they are doing well, these are boring. Zeev
