Adrian; As they say, "The final BRE-X decisions will be handed down by experienced, elderly judges, as yet unborn" The long fight will be with all the brokers, insurance companies, stock advisers, etc. The money in BRE-X and all it's assets will soon be exhausted in this long fight. Bill
