Keith, I'm not used to people whose minds change faster than the weather. I receive dozens of e-mails a day and I try and be polite. When you e-mailed to tell me how you saw your role on SI I took you at face value. Then you turn around and post some bizarre attacks and it wasn't clear to me whether you were still playing the game as you explained it so you could flush out shills like ole 49r or if you were now taking a contrary position to that which you held days earlier -- and during which time nothing apparently happened that would account for such an about-face. The confusion was understandable. Now you claim to have seen the "light" and believe what you're saying today. I don't know what "light" you're going to say you believe tomorrow or next week but it's nonsense like your actions that will make people be more careful about extending goodwill to you in future. There's nothing in any of my e-mails that I'd be upset if you or anyone else posted. So please post anything you feel like -- it can only make clearer my position. I'm consistent -- what I say on SI is consistent with what I say in e-mails, off-line, anywhere. Unlike yourself, who says one thing and then something entirely inconsistent. Perhaps you don't know the meaning of duplicity. A good approximation would be your e-mails to me indicating you were acting as a double-agent on SI to flush out shills -- and then you post things that would seem to be part of the same charade only now you claim you really mean them!! If you think I'm going to watch you play some stupid games without asking you what's up, then I can only believe you're really in the dark. If you b.s. me in an e-mail on on SI or on the street, you've got to expect it to come back on you. Take responsibility for yourself. I do wish you well in finding what you want to believe in for however long. Like Sheryl Crow sings, "If it makes you happy, it can't be that bad."
