This item about copper stands out -

The overall observations that trade is maximing world growth, bypassing the limitations of individual countires, is excellent.

One the self fullfilling prophesis needing a herd mentality - yes, but note that this means a herd mentality relative to the size of the market. The oil market is super huge, the iron market is huge, the copper market is large, the gold market is a moderate size, and the silver market is small. Palladium is almost a tiny market....

I will be re-reading this again.
