You were NOT waiting for a link when you wrote that.

I have provided solid facts for exactly what I've said, rather than for what you've repeatedly falsely claimed I've said, or for what you claim I need to prove though I hadn't said it.

And no, the CIA does NOT know with any certainty that there were no terrorists in Iraq prior to the war. We have reports that trained terrorists were in fact in the initial battle of this war. While there may be some specific opinion from someone in the CIA indicating such, the fact is that for starters, Saddam himself was terrorist #1 prior to the war. Yes, he was in Iraq prior to the war.
