Well if they impeach Bush, they get Shotgun Dick, as you cannot impeach the whole administration. There is no precedent for that. I don't know about preferring Shotgun Dick over the Burning Bush. Perhaps if they promise to keep weapons of mass construction out of hospitals and school zones they could stay til after lunch. States rights do not extend normally to interfering with the executive branch of gov.
