Alan RTK: I'm sure you saw the news blub today regarding the purchase of the overallotment options and another 7.5mm of senior convertable notes. Nice premium for the underwriters from 3.40 + 4% interest on the senior notes. Jeez, I wish I was rich enough to get in on some of these benifits! RTK gets a pile of cash to go forward with their plan though.... Ken
