DLT is Digital Linear Tape. It looks like a 3.5" box of diskettes. It is
a high end storage solution. I have stayed away from Exabyte because
of the delays in releasing their mammoth drive (even when it comes out,
it will underperform DLT). Iomega can make a lot of money with their
ZIP/JAZ drives (esp now that SyQuest is having troubles. The question is how much does the stock price reflect this already - I'll let you
decide this one.

I own Quantum shares myself - they are the makers of DLT - having bought
the technology from DEC.
