Well, Well, Well. This just gets more interesting by the forum post, Deussen.

Looks like you will be using that link povided in my post to contact the canadian regulators to understand what your options are.

What I can tell you from before -- at least as I understand things -- Sasamat mgmt has counted upon and received voting support from the block of shares now converted into Sasamat shares formerly held by David Walsh, now deceased CEO of BreSea.

I would suspect as long as the Sasamat mgmt continues to make serious effort it would appear to keep the US shareholders uninformed, they can expect to "get matters voted their way."
You can bet the object for current playboy Sasamat mgmt is to make a bundle and walk away. In doing so, they have pocket change jingling so they can raid another Canadian shell, something they do much better than communicating with ALLLLL shareholders, and repeat their famous cycle.

Only time will tell if Sasamat shareholders will be better off folded into a blowing and going German cement company feeding the voracious China growth machine, or if I was one of the lucky ones and sold for a profit and left the ballgame.

Whatever you chose to do with your shares, I know I and others lurking on this thread will continue to appreciate your contribution to this topic!

Why? Because the day will come, mark my words, when those BreX shareholders who also held BreSea, the parent holding company will stuff those certs into their safety deposit box for future generations "to deal with" in some kind of 'Hail Mary' hand off.
