Possible answers to why TEPUF would move more on similar news might be that T-O is less known than I-P and that its low price attracts those willing to buy into a speculative situation. Indo has received much more press than Trans-O so as they share some news, I would expect Trans-O to get more reaction. Perhaps some INDX holders are also buying some TEPUF. Having both gives one 100% ownership of the land concession mentioned in the article.
