Basically just the minimum number of ounces for them to get started, just exactly as expected.

However, once it starts trading the real buying will start. Even CEF has 30+ million ounces with even more on the way and a significant number of CEF shareholders will jump ship at first sign of trading. In addition, now institutions and investors who hesitated to invest in CEF because of the tax uncertainties or were worried about the filing issues will now jump in. Obviously, CEF will not sell any so this is all new demand.

Also, this is an excellent indicator that trading in SLV will start very soon.

For silver users the urgency to secure silver will only increase now IMO. A very nice setup from my perspective.
