All the best in your resistance endeavors. Frankly, I don't think this whole matter would have been brought to the fore a "second time," aka after the thwarted attempt in November acc'd to Deussen, if current management didn't have the votes already "counted." And I'm willing to guesstimate the raider MFC mgmt has a "Plan C" and a "Plan D" and a "Plan E," etc. Otherwise, they won't get their fat payday and be able to move along. Will be interesting to watch. As I stated before, I'm out of it, having sold my shares a short while back. G_T
