I'd say 100% would be 100% fair. If Israel TRULY wanted peace, they wouldn't quibble over 3%, now would they? They only gave back the rest because the US made them - just like we need to make them cough up the last of it. Everyone but them call the settlements ILLEGAL, including US. mideastweb.org How can Palestine be a country dotted with these little "Fort Apaches"?
