I would say $49 could be conservatively called fair value in the context of the day trader, but for the investor with a 2-3 year time frame, there is a looooong way to go (up!). ADBE is hit or miss when it comes to meeting expectations; but on a business level they are in fact successfully transferring their market position from the Mac to the Windows platform. This is a classic strong company, with strong management and nimble feet. Chuck Agger
