Cisco,

McWesty has a very nice ring to it. Very appropriate, considering how badly the
Westergaard bounty backfired in terms of investor opinon of PLSIA. After that fiasco,
I am amazed that PLSIA still wishes to intimidate Pluvia - a strong sign of corporate
arrogance and stupidity - two traits that tend to walk hand in hand.

I first ran into some of Pluvia's posts in July. His comments had the "ring of truth".
I recall quickly checking some of his comments against SEC filings on EDGAR, and
I found myself in agreement. Had I been interested in investing in the security, I
certainly would have followed-up more of his claims, as he frequently invited investors
to do. Pluvia and those like him, make SI and MF valuable.

The key is that they actively DOUBT. John Ralston Saul writes eloquently about the value
of doubt to humans, and he sums it up well: "doubt is central to understanding".
Corporations of all kinds typically are not well disposed to doubt, prefering the false
certainty of ideology. Investors cannot afford to be sucked into that.

As for useful web sites, I find some by accident and others through deliberate searching
of both the web and DejaNews. I also make considerable use of Dow Jones News Retrieval.
DJN can be expensive, but it is indispensible for certain kinds of information. For
example, I have used it to look into the history of companies and their directors and
officers, or to help me decide whether or not the media is covering an issue fairly and
accurately.
