But no....The States only want the Oil Companies to lose their profits, not the States..... The oil companies are their own worst enemies. They should explain that the price of gas is set the same way as the price of a share of publicly traded stock. By the market. If you own Microsoft and the stock jumps 20%, nobody expects you to sell it below that. You would just be giving the profit to someone else.
