Peter, Perhaps your view is correct, but so far I can see no tendency to move toward a more moral situation. Maybe it will happen, and maybe the world will fall into a totally immoral quag mire.

AS mentioning the Spanish Inquisition, I should have made it clear that it was not all that moral, but was an example of a religion gone crazy. As long as men can gain control in any religion, there are going to be problems. Human beings sometimes try to elevate themselves to the same level as God, and that is impossible IMO.

If there are any atheists reading this, and want to make a comment, save your breath. I am not interested in such opinions
