CMM

I read that many are worrying why the PP closing has not been announced.
Please do not worry. I talked to Tom Thomsen, IR at the Calgary Resource Investment Conference. He said all allotments and cheque depositing are done. It is in the hands of the accountants and lawyers. So I think NR will be soon. Probably when he gets back to Blaine.

The fact it, if you are not in a hurry to sell, why do you want the NR desperately. SP may go up or go down in near term, but I believe most of you are holding for the long term.

I would not worry about this. I am holding my shares, but I am only a recent shareholder. I may lighten my portfolio on other positions, but not CMM.

CMM has long way to do. I would treat this as a core position, same as my

AXR,
EDV,
YRI,
UUU,
TEK.SV.B,
FM (through AAA),
COS.UN,
PEY.UN,
ZCO,
CFW,
PD.UN,
TDG.UN,
ERF.UN,
HTE.UN etc.
Today I added OSK.

Their stated main objective is to have Barry producing gold in 2006 (see March 2006 release on Sedar). This means there could be cash coming in, just not going out into the ground. Read their releases including Technical Report on Sedar. Addition of Desrocher as VP late 2005 also a positive move - fluent in Spanish as well as French and English. Gold prices are moving up at a good time for cos in a position to go to production. Do your own due diligence.

A friend of mine talked to the Prize management team at the show and was very impressed. They hoping to get a crusher on site so they can produce immediately to generate cash flow and fund further drilling without causing share dilution.Thats impressive when management implements a sound game plan thinking solely for shareholders.they said financing should be done very soon followed by news.I think I 'm buying more in the next 2 days .

At $72/bar oil we are in the driver's seat:
All the low grade copper and zinc projects that say "production by 2007, 2008" etc. are kidding themselves. Try pouring $3/gal (or higher!) fuel down the throats of a fleet of 200-ton Cat haul trucks with copper at less than 1% a ton. Sure RDV will have a haul road, but most others do also (or a rail, etc). RDV has 5 metals in the ore and grades so rich you need your sunglasses on to look at it! In addition, the other projects who think that the permitting process is a cakewalk just because metals are in a bull market need to study history a little more. RDV had to be 100% transparent and agree to the highest level of scrutinty in Canada (multiple times!) to get the project FULLY permitted. Coal? Fuggehhtttttaaaa buuutttttiiitttt, the problem is even worse. When the TC-inferred, the Big Bull, and anything in between are finally rolled up into the feasibility study at even 50% of current prices this will look like Hemlo, LeDuc, Prudhoe Bay and the Kimberly Hole all in one!!!!!!!!!!!!!

DENNIS WHEELER
He finished buy saying this,
There's more to this story, which I'll tell over
time. Essentially, though, the company is working
to both start generating revenue plus further
define and enlarge two silver/gold ore bodies that
already have fairly large historical resources on
them. This is a much easier task with the silver
price near $13 and gold hovering around $600.
Bandera Gold is a buy
