Robin, it would have been nice to see Rhodes lynched the next morning. However, the company has to appear to be in evolution, not revolution. There will be enough problems with the law suits without evidence from within being provided through their actions. Fiduciary responsibility is now required to protect the company from failure. There has been conjecture about Babish returning to PRLN and a scientist as CEO being good. IMO, not necessarily. Babish did have the job, the science was great, but the business sucked. Putting a scientist back in as CEO isn't what is needed now. A good leader/manager is required to put this mess back together. I'm not sure that's what they did, but why would we expect anything more? We should begin to see some damage control press releases that promise company success and an evolution to more credible management. This won't happen overnight IMO.
