I can hear the 'groans' already .. But this appears to be the chosen course .. to extend the automobile culture we find ourselves in .. Stop filling the SPR until fall .. Allow waivers for MBTE blends where ethanol is in short supply .. ANDE PEIX ADM MGPI .. yipee !!!! I still think the end game is an 'electrified' transport grid Triff ..
