You think 2000 high rises per year in Shanghai is sustainable?

What happens when they cut that back to 200 high rises?

That's a lot of steel, copper and other natural resource demand that evaporates.

The next global recession will create a supply glut that we haven't seen in decades. Just as new supply is coming on stream.
