John, They should tax cell phone CALL's ...maybe start with a dime per call mabe even a quarter. Think first before you use the phone, long ago we had to stop and use a pay phone, drop the quarter in the slot. Think of the advantages... Drivers actually driving and paying attention instead of talking about useless junk People in the supermarket actually shopping instead of walking around talking to themselves... What does your cell phone bill amount to? How many calls? Now ask teenagers to count their's... then count the "important calls"
