Is that Pompeity as being frozen in hot volcanic ash by a cataclysmic deruption? Or Pompositerousness as in outrageously, stultiferously tendentious of demeanour? The ideal american is a Surfer and pig farmer from california working on an offshore oil rig (surfs to work) and possessing a degree in sociology from Penn State. The ideal Canadian (male) drives a hydrid vehicle, speaks seven languages, and lives in a mobile home that is disguised as an A-Frame. It is parked at a ski- resort. He espouses no education except what he has gleaned from his Cat-in-the-Hat library of 1200 volumes. Of no discernible poltiical or religious affiliation, he has several au-pairs who work wide screen computers to do stocks and recipes for native fruit wines and sells used bicycle parts on E-Bay. His 4 former wives make more money than he does. He has not filled out a government form in 39 years. Probably not born in Canada and has no wish to die there either.
