Gentlemen

My name is Adam Peterson and I am also a shareholder of SSALF. Recently I have spoken to several big and small shareholders of SSALF who are unhappy with the announced deal (as am I).....it is obviously ridiculous. I think the deal will therefore easily be voted down (as under Quebec law the majority of the minority must approve just prior ridiculous attempts to destroy value were voted down) but make sure you cast your votes as you deem appropriate.

SSALF's NAV is over $6.50 USD per share and a premium could easily be argued as MFC Industrial sells for around 5x earnings when you adjust for odd accounting in Germany.

If interested email me at Adam0911@aol.com as I want to go to KHDH with a possible negotiation. KHDH has a large interest in obtaining the SSALF shares as prior posts have pointed out.

I just read most prior posts......and the reason for the large spike back in September was b/c I posted the idea on a website.

Sincerely,

Adam Peterson
