Big difference. Clinton's military moves were wiser, more measured and more effective (except for missing Osama at his camps, but Bush hasn't gotten him either 5 years after 9-11).

The Iraq War for example, if handled properly might not have been anywhere near the costly catastrophe it's turned out to be. In fact it might not have even needed to be a "war".

The key is cooperation with allies. And you don't get that by lying to them, mocking them, threatening them and hogging all the oil contracts for your cronies. You get that way by doing only what's honestly smart and sensible, and by careful planning for the outcome.

The Iraq War effort was a big lie compounded by some of the worst military planning since Waterloo. The fact that Bushies told so many big lies to get us into that country means that they alone are responsible. And it is now every patriotic American's job to hold them accountable and insist we fix the problems. Starting with new leadership in DC.
