The video was made for the school follies. So the point was to get a laugh ... He doesn't want Greenspan back, he wants to be the FED Chairman (take Greenspan's place).

At one point he complains Bernanke is raising rates too much, and then he complains there is too much inflation ... its not exactly consistent!
