I wish more people would consider changing their diets, and their unhealthy patterns of behavior. Smoking and alcohol, while ok for some (though no one knows exactly who the "some" are), also leave a lot of people with really terrible health problems. Diet, exercise and recreational drug use (cigarettes, alcohol, other drugs) are all things that people can change- perhaps not easily, but it has to be better than ending up in the hospital, or dead.
