well nothing is simple in 'peaceful' demonstrations... Today there was a union demonstrating against a decision that would allow it's US parent to take it over.. They blocked all the roads to the hospitals in downtown... They had to be 'asked' to allow one lane free for Ambulances.... Would be simpler to just arrest them all for putting sick folks at risk... You are right ... these land claims SHOULD BE RESOLVED... ALREADY... my family's business in Montreal was expropriated in for the Guy Favreau Project..... they got reimbursed (would have made more holding on and selling much later) and moved on... that's life... the buffalo no longer roam...
