I can just hear the revised SOU. The British have found that Iraq is attempting to acquire yellowcake, but we know that's from a forged document. Yes, Saddam has stalled and dodged on inspections but we know that he has no weapons of mass destruction and they were likely destroyed in the early 1990's. But since he didn't have the proper paperwork, I'm going to spend $400-500B, have 2400 of our finest US military die and make sure that the world knows that proper paperwork must be completed accurately and submitted on time. Bring them on.
