Did a little more research on Roca and was a bit disturbed to find out that they still need $12 to $15 million USD to put their project into production.

Also, noticed that they plan to used diesel generators for power. Every time I've owned a company that uses diesel generators they've experienced cost overruns--NEVER FAIL.
