As I posted earlier, the pork-addicted whores in Congress are using this emergency spending bill to tack on billions in unrelated spending because they lack the testicular fortitude to propose and vote for these bills on their own.

Perhaps Bush will finally acquire the testicular fortitude to veto something wasteful like this, after thinking about vetoing things so carefully the last five years.

Regardless, this exercise tells you all you need to know about the Republican leadership on the Hill. Bankrupt and dysfunctional.
