Frosty- At the moment Vivus would hardly benefit from increased publicity if they're running production at maximum capacity and still selling out MUSE. In a few months, when Vivus gets ready to expand production, I'm certain a large chunk of those millions they've saved up over the past year will be spent on a more aggressive advertising and awareness campaign. I wonder if Vivus will be putting out a bond offering or secondary stock offering (~170 million shares can be issued) to help pay for expansion/advertising. This could be a way for Vinick or some other large shareholder to pump some cash into the company to help Vivus become really big.
