It's of course inevitable that New York, California, Texas, Massachusetts and New York City and other bits and pieces will hive off into their own political entities. Maurice I've told you many times, opium and crack aren't good for you. Please quit. Actually there are unifying tendencies in the world. The parts of India are more and more coalescing. The South American countries are reaching out to each other, more and more. Canada has been appearing to be "splitting" for two centuries but more and more it appears that French speaking people and English speaking people can get along in the same country.
