tbaldy: I can tell you from experience in these types of matters more often than not, when it comes to the government, it takes dogmatic persistence to get those obligated to help you, to do their job.

I found pursuing different government departments at the same time for help to be useful. For example with my last crusade, I was trying to get the DOL to prosecute the owners of a company. I used a multi pronged approached. I put together a website for employees, with instructions on how to file complaints, claims and grievances with several state and federal entities across the country. And, to keep the employees updated on our progress.

I used communications (which included evidence) with the IRS, DOJ and DOL to motivate each of them separately, by making each aware of the other entity's involvement even when the initial involvement was nothing more than a communiqué to start with.

I made each entity aware I was requesting for the other entities to get involved and named dropped. It was amazing once those folks believed another government entity might be looking over their shoulder what they accomplished.

Good luck...(be dogmatically persistent).
