--The wireless and broadcast communications infrastructure
company said net loss for the latest first quarter included
$9.1 million of net income attributable to SpectraSite.
--American Tower expects second quarter income to be
between $1 million and $3 million from continuing operations,
and total revenue in the range of $317 million to $322 million.
--For the second quarter, analysts on average expect the
company to post revenue of $317.1 million, according to Reuters
Estimates.
--American Tower als raised its projected total revenue for
2006 to be between $1.282 billion and $1.306 billion from the
previous forecast of $1.257 billion to $1.286 billion.
--For 2006, analysts on average expect revenue of $1.281.6
billion, according to Reuters Estimates.
--The company expects 2006 income in the range of $1
million to $25 million from continuing operations, compared
with a loss of $25 million to income of $10 million forecasted
earlier.

--The company also said its 2006 outlook for capital
expenditure includes $55 million to $75 million for
construction of new wireless towers, installation of
in-building systems and land purchases.
