Hawk, you have not answered the question on Niger report and Bush's handling of it. I don't really care that it was an Italian or street vendor who duped the administration's. The question remains, a lot of people easily managed to see it as the fake it was. Why was Bush so desperate to accept it?

Is that the plagiarized grad paper you are talking about? You do remember that one, don't you? How is it that they accepted a plagiarized grad paper as the latest and greatest intel report? Regardless, how do the British sloppy work excuse lack of motivation for independent evaluation? If Blair had told Bush to their intel shows Alaska should be invaded before they secede, would he have done that too?
