Marty, I am reviewing the company as a potential buy,

but am confused about the exact corporate setup. Could you explain how it is set up, ie. how the group reports earnings as compared to parent? I think the previous posts are referring to some of what is
in this release, and I read one which went further into complicating the earnings issue.
